Welcome to AquaLux Mobile Detailing. By using our services or website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully.

1. Services
AquaLux provides mobile car detailing services, including interior and exterior detailing, paint protection, and related maintenance services.

All services are performed at the location specified by the client.

We provide all necessary equipment, water, and products - no client-supplied resources are required.

We reserve the right to refuse service if the location or vehicle conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.
2. Booking & Payment

All booking inquiries must be made via our website, WhatsApp, or phone.

Payment can be made either in person on the day of the service or via bank transfer in advance.

For fleet detailing services, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid upon completion of the service.

Travel/call-out fees will apply depending on the client’s location. This will be displayed during booking confirmation.

Pencilled-In Bookings - Bookings that are “pencilled in” are considered temporary and will only be held for 12 hours. If confirmation is not received within this time, the booking slot will automatically become available for other clients.

2.1 Cancellations

We send a reminder message to clients 24 hours before their scheduled appointment. If we do not receive a response within 12 hours, the time slot may be released to other clients.

Clients who cancel late more than once will be required to pay a 50% deposit for their next booking.

Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a limited ability to book future services.

Clients are encouraged to notify us as early as possible if they need to reschedule or cancel. This helps us accommodate other clients and provide timely mobile service.
3. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Promotional codes or discounts are valid only for the specified offer and cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

Any additional services requested on-site may incur extra charges.
4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure the vehicle is accessible and free from hazards for safe and efficient service.

AquaLux is not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues unrelated to our service.

Any personal items left in the vehicle must be removed or secured.
5. Limitation of Liability

AquaLux will take all reasonable care while performing services.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal items left in the vehicle or pre-existing vehicle conditions.

All engine details are done at the owner's risk.

Claims for damage or dissatisfaction must be reported immediately after service.
6. Privacy

Client information, including contact details and vehicle information, is collected solely for booking and service purposes.

We do not share personal information with third parties except where required by law. Privacy Policy
7. Intellectual Property

All content on the AquaLux website, including text, images, and branding, is owned by AquaLux Mobile Detailing.

No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Any disputes arising from services or bookings will be resolved in accordance with South African law.
9. Amendments

AquaLux reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
